This set is a "seconds" set as the Queen Fitted Sheet has a slightly smaller than normal depth to it. It is only has about 30cm depth. If you have a thinner mattress (20cm) this will work fine.

The flat sheet is new apart from being washed once. Neither have been used and are new.
