Shipping

Mr. Draper ships linen far and wide, delivering to Australia and the world. If for some reason, the shopping cart won't allow shipping to wherever you are, please let us know. Shipping costs are not included in the price of items for sale. They will be calculated at the checkout.

Mr. Draper ships via regular mail through Australia Post. We can also ship via Express Post, Registered Post, Courier or even carrier pigeon! Simply send us an email with your requirements.

Can I get some fabric samples?

Sure thing! Just send us an email with your name and address. Linen is all about the texture and colour, we think our linen is best!

Fading

Your linen will fade over time. Avoid a lot of bright full sun to help preserve the colour. It’s all part of the journey.

How is my product made?

Mr. Draper manufactures all of our products in Melbourne. Mr. Draper utilises quality materials, with a preference towards local, sustainable and ethical suppliers. We take supply chain transparency seriously and are happy to provide you with information about our sources. Just send us an email. For more information, click here.

How long will it take for my product to be made?

Mr. Draper carries a small amount of stock for basic products such as tea towels and napkins and will generally ship within three days of your order. For larger items such as bedding, please allow about a week or two for production. If there is a significant delay, we will let you know. If you need it within a specific timeframe, just send us an email.

Can I modify my order once it is placed?

Unfortunately, this is not really possible. We usually start work immediately and once the fabric is cut there is no going back… However, we’re happy to answer any questions and will endeavour to help out where possible, if you send us an email.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mr. Draper online store is handled through Shopify and accepts most major credit cards. If that’s not your thing, let us know so we can arrange an invoice for PayPal or bank deposit. We can meet up locally and deal in cash. We also offer trades – click here. for information.

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

Yes! We have a beautiful little gift card you can personalise. Just send us an email.

Do you offer wholesale?

Not really. We are still small and don’t have the economies of scale to make it viable. However, we’re always open to working with good people doing interesting things. Please send us an email with what you have in mind and we’ll try to come up with something that works for both of us.

I’m a stylist. Can I borrow stuff?

Yes. We know how tough it is to find quality props and pieces for a shoot. Simply send us an email about your project and what you might need.

Can I customise my order?

Yes! Mr. Draper loves to customise. Just let us know what you would like.
