Care & Warranty


A cold machine wash on regular is preferred; however you can go up to about 30C without any issues. Wash separately for the first wash or two, particularly with darker colours.


Line dry in the shade or tumble dry on low. Give it a shake before you hang it out or put it into the dryer. Once dry, shake it out while it’s still warm. Then fold and put it away or pop it on the bed. This way you’ll avoid it wrinkling. Using a dryer will give it a softer feel than line drying.


Spot cleaning with a little Napisan or other fabric cleaner before washing will pull most stains out. For oil stains, spot clean with some mild dishwashing liquid (which gets oil out surprisingly well). Always test any stain removal product on an inconspicuous spot first!


Your linen will fade over time. Avoid a lot of bright full sun to help preserve the colour. It’s all part of the journey.

The mechanics of getting a product to us is what the karma is all about. If you think a product is faulty and not performing as it should, we’ll pay the postage to / from your location using the most economical means - but no stretch limos for your tea towel, sorry! If you’re happy to pay half the postage, that’s great. If you’re happy to pay all the postage because you’ve been a bit feisty with the product, that’s fine too. We’ll leave it to you to make the decision of who should foot the shipping bill. We think we are all smart, well adjusted people who are just trying to get along. We’re not out to rip each other off. It’s your karma.
